1st Edition.
About the battles and hardships encountered by Dicky Dover whilst in the parachute regiment. As a fledgling unit in WW2 the tactics were not fully resolved, so we read about how Dicky was deployed, what Could and did go wrong when jumping from a plane. There are some good historical footnotes, such as the Bridge too far.
The signature in the plates after P.146 is of Corporal Tom Wilson MM, an Arnhem veteran, next to his picture.
