Acceptable in card covers, some rippling at the back. The author's researches into the flight of Rudolf Hess from Germany to a crash landing on a Scottish hillside in May 1941 have unearthed many previously undiscovered documents from archives in Germany, Britain and the United States. Hess's silence during his fifty years of imprisonment led to much speculation on the reasons for his flight which was publicly dismissed by Britain and Germany as the act of a disordered mind.
