Condition: Old new stock, expect an item that may have been in stock for some time which is undamaged, with minimal wear perhaps some slight spotting or foxing and minimal fading to the cover, see pictures.

This is a large format book (approximately 10 inches square), and it really does make the most of the photographs presented. The writing is good too, and there are some interesting items (quotes, poetry) in the sidebars. As well as wartime photographs and other illustrations there are interesting photographs of some of the wartime installations as they appear in the 1980s (when the book was written).
