A study of the Luftwaffe's "Fire Brigade" - the elite Stuka Unit 77. They spearheaded the Blitzkrieg in Poland, France and Russia, and tried to stem the Red Army's inevitable advance. Includes rare photos of the Gruppe in action, including off-duty scenes, Russian prisoners, and high ranking visitors including the King of Roumania, Hitler and Goering.
