---

A privately printed, limited edition, bibliography of South Africa War books first published before 1921. With superb illustrations, many in full colour. The first 122 pages are devoted to facsimiles all of which are annotated with a description of the book's contents and origins. Pages 124 to 203 are occupied with the bibliography itself covering books, booklets, reports, War Office publications and HMSO Command papers - some 2000 items in all. The range is extraordinarily wide with some extremely rare items accessed from private collections or libraries.
