This book lives up to the high standards of the famous UK-based Putnam aeronautical series. Blackburn was one of the smaller UK firms, which largely made numerous aircraft for the Royal Naval Fleet Air Arm, finishing with the Buccaneer.
In traditional Putnam style, the book opens with concise but detailed corporate history and follows on with detailed chapters on each specific aircraft built. Appendicies cover other aircraft constructed for other manufacturers. These sections contain many clear photographs and claer three-view drawings.
In good condition with some foxing and a small tewar to the dust jacket. Inscription and small adhesive label inside front cover
