The "Hindenburg" was truly majestic-- a large dining room, private heated cabins, a lounge, even showers, albeit one shower for all and it had to be reserved. And a pressurized smoking room; a far cry from the cramped cattle cars of today's aviation. All in all a very good book. The R-36, R-100, the Los Angeles, the Akron and Macon. If you like this book, I recommend "The Great Dirigibles: Their Triumphs & Disasters" by John Toland,and "Hindenburg -- An Illustrated History" by Rick Archbold. They are top-notch.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1022/1289/5019/files/the-giant-airships-2006-hardback-plus-dust-jacket_18304_main_original.jpg?v=1791256437
